Physical description:
Anissina is 6'2" (1st: 5'3", 2nd: 5'4", 3rd: 5'6", 4th: 5'7", 5th: 5'9", 6th: 6'1", 7th: 6'2") tall, with bright blue eyes and long flamingo-pink hair that is usually up in a hair tie.
She is rather outgoing, but she does not care too much about the popular fashion, since she prefers to set her own style. Anissina was actually originally blonde, but her older brother pulled a prank on her when she was ten, by refilling her shampoo bottle with hair dye, thus turning it pink. she kept it that way every since, much to her parent's dismay. They had hoped that would change when she left Hogwarts, but was wrong. She is often seen in pink clothes.

Personality:
Anissina has a very strong personality; she is extremely energetic, cheerful, and humorous. She enjoys making people happy, and she likes a good prank. Anissina is also very open-hearted, compassionate and quite optimistic. She cares most about her friends and students, wanting to protect them and make sure they are always able to smile at life. However, she tends to be impulsive and a bit impatient.
She does not allow any foul deeds to occur, if she can stop them. Therefore she is know to be good at handling difficult situations, but if something bad happens she can have quite the temper.

Likes:
Food, nature, adventure, excitement and her classes. She also enjoys quiet strolls sometimes, just to clear her mind a bit. But most of all, she loves animals. Her absolutely favourite thing during the summers is when Gwendal comes home, and spends time with her.

Dislikes:
Boring days when she has to stay inside, and not being able to help her friends when they need it. She also despises thunder.

Family and History:
Anissina's family originally comes from Switzerland, but moved to England about three generations ago. The Karbelnikof family can be tracked back to the 16th century, and some German lines can be found in their family tree.
Anissina grew up in a quiet village located in North Wiltshire, England. She has been taught the ways of magic since she was a toddler, due to her coming from a pure blood family. Though this fact didn't stop her from having fun with the muggle village kids, not that any member in her family had anything against it. Neither her father nor mother has anything against muggles, and her mother is actually the president of a "muggles are not scums" group.

Her mother Antille, is a very caring person. She brought her daughter up teaching her to be kind to those who are kind to her. Anitlle earlier worked at the ministry as an Unspeakable, but quit when she was pregnant with Anissina. Anissina's father, Bernard, works as a writer for the Daily prophet. Gwendal, Anissina's older brother was a huge role model for her before Hogwarts, and is even now. He now works with research on magical and non magical creatures in Germany but always makes sure to come home during the summers so that he can spend time with his sister. He was formerly the Care of Magical Creatures teacher at Hogwarts.

Even though her parents tried to raise her to a 'fine young lady,' as her mother often calls it, Anissina has always loved mischief-making. Since she grew up with an older brother, she was quite boyish when she was smaller. While she now wears dresses and has long hair, she still acts rather boyish.

At Hogwarts, she was not surprised to be sorted into Gryffindor, since all except her father has been in that house. Her father was in Ravenclaw. During her first years, she was a real mischief-maker. She spent most of her time ignoring homework and just playing around and making new friends, but when she entered her fifth year that all changed. She was made a prefect. The news chocked most of her friends and family, not to speak about Anissina herself. However, she was determined to show everyone that she could, and would, succeed at it. She started taking homework more seriously, and excelled at most her OWLs, and everything seemed to have stabilised, and she had to lay most of her pranks on the shelf. Not only because of the new position, but also because her brother came to teach.

Then, in her seventh year, She was suddenly made the Head Girl. Nobody really understood why, since there was many others who could have filled the position. Needless to say, Anissina graduated from Hogwarts with her views upon life slightly changed, she had grown up quite well. However, she still has not let go of her pink hair.
